Hello again, Today we will be talking about using videos in your marketing and why they are a must for any serious online marketer.
Videos are a great way to Brand Yourself. A great way for people online to get to know you. When you have a video posted on Youtube or any other of the video sharing sites, you are viewed as a Leader. Plus these video postings work for you twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. Videos are for the most part FREE to make, upload and distribute.
A video can seem like a hard thing to make. If you have never made a video before it might seem overwhelming. Yet the truth of the matter is they are quite easy to make. All you need is a computer with a Webcam, or a digital video camera. You can also use a cell phone that can take video clips.
Just make a short (under 10 minutes) video where you talk about anything you are wanting to promote. Save the file onto your computer. Then login to Youtube (in this example). Select the Upload link at the top of the page. Then upload your video just as you would upload an attachment in an email. Fill out the form with your video information, links to your sites, blog or landing page. Add some Tags or Keywords. Click submit and you are done!
Youtube has two options when uploading a video. You can choose to record a video straight to Youtube via your webcam or upload a pre-recorded video clip from your computer.
Make sure to read the list of acceptable file formats Youtube accepts.
Video marketing is a great way to draw traffic to your website, blog or lead capture page. You can also copy the URL address and include it into your emails or auto-responder massages. This will drive more traffic to your site and this equals more contacts and sales! You are offered the option to EMBED your videos too. What this means is that you can copy the EMBED CODE and place it into your website, blog or lead capture page. Now you have your custom made video showing on your sites! This video will sell for you. You did the work once and it will work for you over and over.
Videos are also a great tool to use for training the people in your business or group. Why have to explain a process over and over when you can just direct them to your video? This alone with save you massive amounts of time and effort.
Now just duplicate upload process on the many different video sharing sites on the internet! Now your videos will start showing up in the Google Searches … and it was all for FREE!
